Mental Health & Wellbeing Retreats
A different kind of space to pause, reconnect and come back to yourself.
Sometimes, a therapy appointment isn't quite what you need.
Sometimes you need a little more space.
Space away from the noise. Space to breathe, reflect, move, connect and hear yourself think. Space to step outside your usual routines and spend some intentional time looking after the whole of you.
Wild Heart's mental health and wellbeing retreats are designed to create exactly that.
Rooted in psychological practice, trauma-informed care and a deep belief in whole-person wellbeing, our retreats bring together meaningful conversation, practical tools, connection, reflection and experiences that invite you to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
These aren't about fixing yourself.
They're about creating space to listen to yourself.
Signature Retreats
Blending meaningful therapy meets the freedom and flow of retreat.
Retreat is an intentional act of stepping away - not to escape your life, but to reconnect with it. Grounded in evidence-based therapy, our immersive experiences create the space to slow down, reconnect with your nervous system, and begin the quiet work of self-reclamation.
Wild Heart, Whole Self
Reconnect with your mind, body and nervous system.

This is our foundational retreat, perfect if this is your first Wild Heart experience.
Designed to nourish rather than challenge, this retreat offers space to exhale, reconnect with yourself and restore the parts of you that are so often overlooked in the busyness of everyday life. You'll leave feeling calmer, lighter and more deeply connected to your whole self.
In Bloom, On Purpose

Transformative: ●●●○○
An opportunity to step back from everyday life, reconnect with your values and intentionally explore the life you want to create.
Designed for those who feel a little disconnected from themselves, this retreat offers the space to pause, reflect and rediscover what truly matters. Through therapeutic reflection, nervous system practices and intentional experiences, you'll reconnect with your values, reclaim your direction, and leave with a renewed sense of purpose.
She Returns
When survival softens, she returns.
Restorative: ●●●○○
Transformative: ●●●●●
A deeply immersive retreat exploring embodiment, desire, pleasure and reconnecting with the woman beneath survival.
This retreat explores the relationship between safety, the nervous system, embodiment, desire and pleasure, creating space to reconnect with your body, awaken your aliveness, and come home to yourself. Designed for women who have spent years caring for others, pushing through or simply surviving, it gently invites you back to yourself. Fully trauma-informed and sex-positive, She Returns honours that pleasure is not a luxury, it is an essential part of wellbeing.
Burn the Rule Book
The life you want begins where the old rules end.
Restorative: ●●○○○
Transformative: ●●●●●
For those who are tired of living by everyone else's expectations, Burn the Rule Book invites you to question the beliefs, roles and survival strategies that have shaped your life. Through therapeutic exploration, nervous system work and courageous self-reflection, you'll begin letting go of what no longer serves you and step into a life built on your own values, not your conditioning.
What you are probably thinking…
-
Life can get very full.
Work. Relationships. Family. Expectations. Responsibilities. The endless list of things that apparently need doing immediately.
Sometimes we become so accustomed to pushing through that we forget to stop and ask ourselves a pretty important question:
How am I actually doing?
A retreat offers the opportunity to step out of your usual environment and create some intentional space for your mental and emotional wellbeing.
You might be looking for a reset after a particularly demanding season. You might want to reconnect with yourself, explore patterns you've been carrying, learn new tools for managing stress or simply spend some time being rather than doing.
Whatever brings you here, you don't need to have everything figured out before you arrive.
-
Every retreat is different, but you may leave with:
A greater understanding of yourself
Practical tools to support your mental and emotional wellbeing
New ways of understanding stress and your nervous system
Space to reflect on what you actually want and need
A stronger connection with yourself and others
New perspectives on old patterns
Time to rest and reset
A collection of tools you can take back into everyday life
Most importantly, we hope you leave feeling a little more connected to yourself than when you arrived.

Wild Heart retreats are not a replacement for individual therapy or clinical mental health treatment. They are professionally informed wellbeing experiences designed to create space for reflection, connection, self-awareness and personal growth. Some retreats may incorporate therapeutic concepts and practices, but the experience is different from attending an individual therapy session.
-
Not at all. You don't need a diagnosis, a particular mental health concern or to be in crisis to attend a Wild Heart retreat. Our retreats are for anyone wanting to intentionally invest in their wellbeing, reconnect with themselves, learn new tools or simply create some space away from everyday life.
-
Each retreat is designed with a particular intention and audience in mind, so this will vary between experiences. Some may focus on women's wellbeing, while others explore themes such as identity, purpose, self-connection, nervous system wellbeing or personal growth. You'll find more information about who each retreat is designed for on its individual retreat page.
-
Our retreats are held in carefully selected locations that give you the opportunity to step away from your usual environment and create some genuine space for yourself. We offer retreats in Western Australia as well as selected experiences further afield, including our Bali retreat.
-
No. Our retreats are designed to be accessible whether you're completely new to these practices or have been exploring them for years. There is no special level of flexibility, mindfulness or spiritual enlightenment required. We promise.
-
Yes. A retreat can complement your existing mental health and wellbeing support. However, it's important to remember that a retreat is different from individual therapy and isn't intended to replace your existing clinical care.
-
That's completely okay. Your participation is your choice. Our retreats are designed to offer opportunities rather than pressure you into taking part in anything that doesn't feel appropriate or comfortable. You are always encouraged to listen to your own needs and boundaries.
You don't have to wait until you're
falling apart
We often think about mental health support when things become unbearable.
But looking after yourself doesn't have to begin at breaking point.
You can pause before the burnout.
You can reconnect before you feel completely disconnected.
You can ask yourself what you need before your body starts shouting the answer.
You are allowed to make space for yourself simply because you matter.
That's what Wild Heart retreats are here for.
Start a new relationship with yourself now.
