She Returns Retreat
Reconnect with the woman beneath
This is an invitation to reconnect with your body, your sensuality, and the parts of yourself that can become quiet, disconnected, or forgotten along the way.
Designed for women who have spent years caring for others, pushing through or simply surviving, this trauma-informed, sex-positive retreat gently invites you back to yourself and to the idea that pleasure is not a luxury, but an essential part of wellbeing.
Together, we explore our relationship with pleasure, desire and aliveness, and what can happen when we begin to experience our bodies as something to inhabit, listen to and enjoy rather than simply manage or move through the world in.
Our relationship with our bodies, desire and pleasure does not exist separately from the rest of our lives.
Stress, trauma, caregiving, motherhood, relationships and cultural expectations can shape how safe we feel in our bodies and how connected we are to sensation, pleasure and desire.
She Returns is grounded in the belief that pleasure is not frivolous or something we have to earn. It can tell us something about what nourishes us, what matters, what we want and where our boundaries lie.
This is not about becoming more sexual or performing another version of womanhood. It is about coming home to yourself.
Who Is This Retreat For?
You don't need to arrive feeling connected. Curiosity is enough.
She Returns is for women who feel like they’ve lost touch with a part of themselves.
You might be deeply capable, caring and used to getting on with things — yet feel disconnected from your body, sensuality, desire or pleasure.
Perhaps intimacy has changed through stress, trauma, motherhood, relationships or simply years of putting everyone and everything else first.
You don’t need to arrive feeling confident, sensual or even particularly connected to your body.
Curiosity is enough.
